The Arnica Montana (Arnica Montana flower extract) is a plant of European origin that
spontaneously grows in the grazing areas of the Alpine regions, among which the Dolomiti
mountains.
It represents one of the main natural remedies in case of post-traumatic edemas, athralgias,
muscular and joins pains, also rheumatic, and it can be useful to alleviate insect stings.
Arnica montana is a real cure-all also in case of injuries, muscle tears and pains following
sport activities. This natural remedy ensures, thanks to the high 30% concentration of
arnica montana, efficient and rapid beneficial effects. Moreover the presence of escin, a
natural substance extracted from horse chestnut, offers relief in cases of bruise and small
traumas, helping the reabsorbing of the hematoma. For these reasons is it recommended to
have at home an arnica cream, especially if there are little children mainly subjected to
fallings, light traumas and hematomas.
